- Deliveries are made Monday – Friday, if ordered before 4pm. Fully trackable.
A mobile number and/or email should be provided at the time of ordering for you to receive a text/email notification on dispatch of your parcel. Some of our services offer a second text/email on the day of dispatch with your delivery window and the options for you to change your delivery day, arrange collection from a shop, deliver to a neighbour, leave in a safe place or deliver on a new day.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. If you have paid for a delivery service all orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or by APC, full tracking information will be given for all orders.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT
If for any reason you wish to return an item/order either as unwanted or because you have a problem with it then please use our contact us page: www.skaters-edge.co.uk/contact-us/ and we will supply you with all the information required to enable you to return the goods back to us. We offer a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period, from the date of you receiving your goods just in case you change your mind. Please check these few simple things before contacting us:
- Is the item unopened & Unused ?
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
- Goods that are not new in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
- Items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
MISSED DELIVERY
If you’re out when the parcel arrives, the courier will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order. Depending on the delivery method chosen you may have to collect the parcel from your local sorting office or maybe you can contact the courier for re-delivery. Either way, full instructions will be given on the card.
